AAA Smart Home is committed to ensuring the safety of our Members by addressing health concerns around COVID-19. Following guidance from public health authorities, we've established new procedures to protect your family and our Smart Home Pros should we need to visit your home.
Here are a few critical safety precautions that you can expect from us.
In addition, we'll ask you a few questions for the safety of our Pros. If any health concerns arise, we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date.
We prescreen our Pros for health issues before they enter your home.
Your Smart Home Pro may wear a mask and gloves.
Once they check in with you, they will set up outside the home to disinfect all equipment before bringing anything inside.
During their visit, they will maintain a social distance according to guidelines, as well as wash or disinfect their hands frequently.
Once installation is complete, your Pro will disinfect equipment and surfaces before departing.
