Dear AAA Smart Home & Business Members,
We take the role we play in the lives of our Members very seriously. Service to our Members is our top priority. We're here to serve you safely.
Our AAA Smart Home Pros are taking extra precautions to protect you during a home visit. These actions are informed by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the latest guidance from federal, state, and local public health authorities. Here's what you can expect from our Pros:
AAA Smart Home Pros will continue to practice physical distancing and limit contact with Members during service calls or reschedule visits where appropriate (e.g., where a member of a household/location is feeling unwell, has been exposed to COVID-19).
We will minimize time within the residence. Installation preparation, including the pairing and setting-up of devices, will be completed outside of the location in an open-air environment. Pros will disinfect equipment before entering your home.
While the Pro is inside the residence, they may ask to open the windows in the room where they are working for fresh air circulation.
Both the Pro and the Member should wear a mask at all times during a visit. We kindly ask that the Member and Pro remain in separate rooms until the system training begins.
For your safety and the protection of your community, our greetings will not include a handshake at this time.
We are always available online at www.aaa.com/smarthome, over the phone at 1-800-669-7779, or the A3 Smart Home mobile app if you have questions or need support.
Stay well, and as always, thank you for being a Member.
